PATRICK AND DENISE GANNON, PARENTS OF SEAN GANNON, Yarmouth Police Sergeant killed in the line of duty on April 12, 2018 For all of our friends, colleagues and family who live on Cape Cod or one of the Islands, please read our message. Thank you. On behalf of District Attorney Robert Galibois, Esquire Re-Election for District Attorney for Cape and Islands Patrick and I first met District Attorney Galibois when he came into office after the trial of the person who murdered our son, Sergeant Sean Gannon, a K-9 police officer for the Yarmouth Police Department, had already concluded. We asked to meet with the DA's Office as the defendant was seeking an appeal of his convictions. District Attorney Galibois willingly agreed to meet with us and included several members of his staff who had been part of the legal team for the trial and appeal, as well as a Yarmouth police officer. The meeting was a very positive and supportive experience. DA Galibois listened carefully and compassionately to our concerns and requests and assured us that he and his team would continue working with us throughout the appeals process. We left that meeting feeling confident in Mr. Galibois and his team. Throughout the years since Sean's murder, our family has continued to receive consistent updates on every stage of the appellate process, which is every defendant's legal right. In 2025, District Attorney Galibois and members of his team appeared with us in Suffolk Superior Court for a sentencing appeal. We neither requested nor expected them to be there. Traveling from Cape Cod to Boston is not easy, and we were deeply moved to find ourselves surrounded by the support of a very busy District Attorney, members of his staff, and the Yarmouth Chief of Police. Their presence was not symbolic—they were there to stand with us on another incredibly difficult day. District Attorney Galibois' leadership, together with his team's work, contributed to a favorable outcome in the sentencing appeal. As this case continues through the appellate process, we remain confident in his leadership. In our opinion, District Attorney Galibois distinguishes himself as a servant leader, a model of excellence, professionalism, and a trailblazing approach to jurisprudence. We are grateful to District Attorney Galibois as we continue our pursuit of justice on Sean's behalf. Patrick and Denise (Morency) Gannon Parents of Sergeant Sean Gannon, K-9 Yarmouth Police Department End of Watch: April 12, 2018

MIDCAPE INDIVISIBLE We endorse Rob Galibois for Cape and Island District Attorney. Rob leads with empathy. He sees his role as convicting criminals, but also addressing the underlying reasons people commit crimes. His opponent has only recently become a Democrat and was prominent in his support of Rob's Republican opponent last election. Rob has shown that leading with empathy makes a difference.

ALLAN WILSON, FALMOUTH COMMUNITY VETERANS CENTER It has been an honor for me to be among the veteran community leaders who have been dedicated to addressing the invisible and tangible wounds of military members and their families from Falmouth and the Upper Cape area in the formation and operation of the Falmouth Community Veterans Center. During the formative years of the Falmouth Community Veterans Center, District Attorney Rob Galibois has been a constant and very valuable ally by being a leader and doing presentations at the center on the importance of establishing a veteran's court for the Cape and Islands. Rob has also done presentations as part of Financial and Identity Fraud Workshops during the spring of 2026 that has had a tremendous impact on helping veterans not become victims of financial and identity fraud. Currently Rob is leading an effort to establish an Elder Fraud Unit in his office to prevent and help retirees on the Cape and Islands not lose thousands of dollars to scams. Rob is a definite leader that truly cares about veterans and their families in Falmouth and the Upper Cape area, and I truly encourage all veterans and family members to support the re-election of Rob Galibois to be District Attorney for the Cape and Islands in the upcoming 2026 election.

PAUL HART MILLER, MONUMENT BEACH Cape Cod Friends & Voters, I'm proud to endorse the re-election of my friend Rob Galibois for Cape and Islands District Attorney. The District Attorney's Office carries enormous responsibility and public trust. Rob understands that protecting the community and serving victims begins with building a professional, accountable organization. One example of Rob's leadership is his commitment to combating human trafficking. During his first term, he didn't just recognize the problem, he brought people together to address it. Under Rob's leadership, the District Attorney's Office has trained law enforcement, hospitality workers, and other frontline professionals to recognize and report trafficking; expanded awareness through reporting hotlines, QR codes, and public outreach; and hosted statewide conferences that brought together nationally recognized experts to improve prevention, investigation, and victim services. Also during his first term, Rob created a Human Resources Manager position dedicated to developing a stronger performance evaluation and management system for employees throughout the office. Working with his First Assistant, Human Resources Manager, and Chief Prosecutors, Rob has built a team of assistant district attorneys and victim-witness advocates committed to prosecuting those who harm others while supporting those who need help. Good leadership requires setting high standards and ensuring an organization lives up to them. Rob has demonstrated that commitment through the way he has led the DA's Office. I'm proud to support Rob Galibois in the September 1 Democratic Primary, and I encourage others to join me. Thank you
