PATRICK AND DENISE GANNON, PARENTS OF SEAN GANNON,Yarmouth Police Sergeant killed in the line of duty on April 12, 201 For all of our friends, colleagues and family who live on Cape Cod or one of the Islands, please read our message. Thank you. On behalf of District Attorney Robert Galibois, Esquire Re-Election for District Attorney for Cape and Islands Patrick and I first met District Attorney Galibois when he came into office after the trial of the person who murdered our son, Sergeant Sean Gannon, a K-9 police officer for the Yarmouth Police Department, had already concluded. We asked to meet with the DA's Office as the defendant was seeking an appeal of his convictions. District Attorney Galibois willingly agreed to meet with us and included several members of his staff who had been part of the legal team for the trial and appeal, as well as a Yarmouth police officer. The meeting was a very positive and supportive experience. DA Galibois listened carefully and compassionately to our concerns and requests and assured us that he and his team would continue working with us throughout the appeals process. We left that meeting feeling confident in Mr. Galibois and his team. Throughout the years since Sean's murder, our family has continued to receive consistent updates on every stage of the appellate process, which is every defendant's legal right. In 2025, District Attorney Galibois and members of his team appeared with us in Suffolk Superior Court for a sentencing appeal. We neither requested nor expected them to be there. Traveling from Cape Cod to Boston is not easy, and we were deeply moved to find ourselves surrounded by the support of a very busy District Attorney, members of his staff, and the Yarmouth Chief of Police. Their presence was not symbolic—they were there to stand with us on another incredibly difficult day. District Attorney Galibois' leadership, together with his team's work, contributed to a favorable outcome in the sentencing appeal. As this case continues through the appellate process, we remain confident in his leadership. In our opinion, District Attorney Galibois distinguishes himself as a servant leader, a model of excellence, professionalism, and a trailblazing approach to jurisprudence. We are grateful to District Attorney Galibois as we continue our pursuit of justice on Sean's behalf. Patrick and Denise (Morency) Gannon Parents of Sergeant Sean Gannon, K-9 Yarmouth Police Department End of Watch: April 12, 2018

DAN WOLF, FORMER MA SENATOR, FOUNDER OF CAPE AIR Please join me in supporting the best District Attorney in Cape and Islands history, Rob Galibois When Rob Galibois first ran to become the Cape and Islands District Attorney, he promised that he would energize the office, bringing new ideas, fresh faces, and innovative and proven approaches to law enforcement to our community. With your support he won, and that is exactly what he has done. Rob has transformed the office into the most competent, professional, dedicated, creative, and compassionate District Attorney’s office in the Commonwealth. Finally, we have a mental health court to help address the root causes of crime, reduce recidivism, and make our communities safer. We have veterans’ diversion, to better serve those who served us. We have seen a double-digit decline in opioid overdose deaths because of a combination of tough prosecution of dealers, and better treatment for those struggling with substance abuse. Rob has brought human trafficking out of the shadows, bringing law enforcement and social service agencies together to prosecute this scourge and support its victims. He is fighting to create a special unit to combat elder exploitation, fraud, and abuse, crucially important for the Cape and Islands. He will protect women’s rights to reproductive services, and their health care providers. He has promised to stand with our immigrants friends and neighbors to the full extent of the law. In his office, the First Assistant District Attorney, second in leadership, is now a woman, for the first time ever. A woman is head of the appeals division. A woman oversees the most difficult cases involving crimes against children. A woman runs community relations and outreach. My track record in this community is long. I founded Cape Air 38 years ago, served three terms as the Cape and Islands State Senator, and have served on many of our region’s non-profit boards -- alongside many of you. I now serve as Honorary Campaign Co-Chair to reelect Rob Galibois because he champions progressive and compassionate justice, making the Cape and Islands a safer and healthier place to live. His character, integrity and accomplishments, coupled with pragmatic strong leadership and a clear vision for the future, make him an exceptional District Attorney, certainly deserving a second term. Please join me in voting for Rob in the Democratic primary September 1.

DONNA BUCKLEY, BARNSTABLE COUNTY SHERIFF Please join me in supporting Rob Galibois as he runs for re-election for District Attorney for the Cape and Islands. Each day, I seen the impact of addiction and mental illness in our communities and in our population at the jail. Rob and I stand together to address those issues and to improve public safety by providing alternatives for treatment and rehabilitation. For nearly four years, we’ve done that work together. We have reduced the rate of people returning to jail, but we’re just getting started. There is more work to do. As District Attorney, Rob knows when he needs to be tough and when he needs to be compassionate. As sheriff, I have worked closely with Rob to make those judgements – and the results have meant a safer Cape Cod. A DA's most basic role is to ensure public safety. Rob understands that a comprehensive approach is necessary to protect the public by collaborating with law enforcement partners. When we’re addressing those root causes of incarceration – people are not committing more crimes. That’s what we’ve done together. That’s public safety. I’m proud to support Rob and the direction we’ve set. Together, we’re creating stronger and safer communities. Please vote for Rob Galibois in the Democratic Primary on September 1 st .

DOROTHY SAVARESE, RETIRED PRESIDENT, CAPE COD 5 BANK As someone who has spent decades dedicated to the economic vitality of Cape Cod and the Islands, I know that a thriving community depends entirely on strong, stable, and collaborative leadership. District Attorney Rob Galibois has brought exactly that level of commitment and professional integrity to our region. Rob understands that true public safety and a robust local economy go hand in hand. He has introduced innovative, forward-thinking solutions that address the root causes of our region’s most pressing challenges, such as mental health and substance use, while keeping our communities safe. His active, engaged presence across the Cape and Islands demonstrates that he is a leader who works to protect everyone. I am proud to support Rob Galibois for re-election and confident that his continued leadership will strengthen our community cohesion and resilience."

BARNSTABLE DEMOCRATIC TOWN COMMITTEE The Barnstable Democratic Town Committee proudly endorses District Attorney Rob Galibois for re-election. The Barnstable Democratic Town Committee does not routinely endorse candidates in contested Democratic primaries. We believe Democratic voters deserve the opportunity to hear from candidates and make their own informed decisions. This year, however, we concluded that several of the races are of such importance - and the contrasts between the candidates are significant enough - that we have a responsibility to share our judgment with Democratic voters. In a small number of races, we believe questions of leadership, character, judgment, and commitment to Democratic values make it important for the Committee to speak clearly. Public service is about more than policy positions; it requires integrity, respect for others, and a willingness to work constructively to solve problems. We believe Democratic voters deserve leaders who embody those qualities. Cape & Islands District Attorney: The Barnstable Democratic Town Committee proudly endorses District Attorney Rob Galibois for re-election. Since taking office, District Attorney Galibois has demonstrated thoughtful, effective, and compassionate leadership. He has modernized the District Attorney’s Office, strengthened its operations, and introduced innovative programs that better serve victims, families, and communities across the Cape and Islands. His commitment to justice, public safety, and community partnership reflects the values Democrats expect from their public officials. We are confident that a second term will allow him to continue building on the progress he has already achieved.

ATTORNEY BRUCE A. BIERHANS It has now been over three years since I agreed to serve on the campaign team of our DA Rob Galibois. And, I am honored to continue to serve in that capacity. When Rob first approached me and we discussed his candidacy, I stressed to Rob that my support would be contingent upon his commitment to community engagement. To go to places and advance policy and programs that had never been touched, no less considered by prior DA's. I am pleased to say that Rob and his team has passed my tests with flying colors. Among his many accomplishments: 1) Successfully advocating for a mental health court; 2) Regular "DA and Us" community meetings across the cape and Islands; 3) Advancing efforts to address human trafficking and building community coalitions to address this horrific crime; 4) Highlighting the scourge of elder fraud and abuse, a particular focus of my own law practice for many years; 5) Adopting new tactics to identify and prosecute opioid trafffickers; 6) Adopting policy initiatives to protect women's reproductive rights; And, on the front burner are more initiatives ahead, including a veterans diversion program and a veterans court. As someone that was a senior staffer in the MA Senate for many years (admittedly many years ago), my standards are high and I do not make endorsements lightly. I consider them my personal stamp of approval. But, over the past three years I have gotten to know Rob the person, as well as his amazing wife Nikki. Rob is a true and dedicated public servant and a better human being and I ask you to give him your enthusiastic support. Thank you!

CAPE COD WOMEN FOR CHANGE Because of the importance of this PRIMARY race we have decided to endorse Rob Galibois for Cape and Island District Attorney. Rob leads with empathy. He sees his role as convicting criminals, but also addressing the underlying reasons people commit crimes. His opponent has only recently become a Democrat and was prominent in his support of Rob's Republican opponent last election. Rob has shown that leading with empathy makes a difference.

ATTORNEY BOB LAWLESS As someone who has spent more than forty years working within the legal system, as a former prosecutor, a litigator right here in Barnstable, and a former State Representative serving on the Judiciary and Criminal Justice committees, I understand the immense responsibility that rests on a District Attorney. It requires an exact balance of legal excellence, operational integrity, and a willingness to modernize the administration of justice. District Attorney Rob Galibois has met that challenge head-on. Rob understands the nuances of the courtroom and the heavy demands placed on our local courts. By actively prioritizing specialty diversion courts alongside firm accountability, he is ensuring our system actually solves problems rather than cycling people through them. His transparency and dedication to the rule of law have earned the respect of the local bar and the community alike. I am proud to endorse Rob Galibois for re-election, and I urge my fellow residents across the Cape and Islands to keep his experienced leadership working for us.

MIDCAPE INDIVISIBLE We endorse Rob Galibois for Cape and Island District Attorney. Rob leads with empathy. He sees his role as convicting criminals, but also addressing the underlying reasons people commit crimes. His opponent has only recently become a Democrat and was prominent in his support of Rob's Republican opponent last election. Rob has shown that leading with empathy makes a difference.

BILL BOGDANOVICH, PRESIDENT & CEO, BROAD REACH HEALTHCARE As a local healthcare leader who has spent decades serving older adults on Cape Cod, I know how critical proactive protection is for our senior population. District Attorney Rob Galibois has shown exceptional leadership in the vital fight against elder abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation. Rob understands that protecting our seniors cannot happen in a vacuum. It requires an all-hands-on-deck approach. His administration has done the heavy lifting to bridge gaps across our community, successfully bringing together elder services, local law enforcement, and financial institutions to spot the warning signs of fraud and abuse before it's too late. By building these innovative, cross-sector partnerships, Rob is ensuring our seniors are fiercely protected and treated with the dignity they deserve. I am proud to endorse DA Rob Galibois for re-election, and I thank him for his deep commitment to keeping our older neighbors safe.

UPPER CAPE INDIVISIBLE Rob has demonstrated a record of following through on the specific commitments he made to voters when he first sought the office in 2022. Rob Galibois made clear promises to the people of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket — and he has kept them. That is the standard we hold our elected officials to, and Rob has met it. A record of promises made and kept Since taking office, District Attorney Galibois has delivered on the priorities he ran on: Establishing a Recovery Court on Martha’s Vineyard. Galibois promised to treat addiction as a health disorder, not a crime. He delivered, working with the courts to establish a Recovery Court on Martha’s Vineyard. Creating a Mental Health Court Session in Barnstable District Court. He pledged to reform how the system handles people with mental health disorders and followed through, advocating strongly for a dedicated Mental Health Court Session in Barnstable District Court — and the Trial Court heard that advocacy and opened the session. Protecting reproductive rights. Within days of the Dobbs decision, Galibois pledged never to use his prosecutorial discretion to charge anyone for seeking, providing, or receiving abortion care. He has kept that pledge, and his written commitment is a matter of public record. Expanding pre-trial diversion. His office actively identifies eligible individuals charged with minor, non-violent offenses for diversion programs that include community service — keeping people out of the criminal justice system and off criminal records where appropriate. Addressing racial disparities in the criminal justice system. Galibois pledged to confront racial disparities through education, data, and collaboration with law enforcement, community leaders, and social justice advocates.

SU MORAN, FORMER MA SENATOR It is my honor to endorse District Attorney Rob Galibois for re-election, a steadfast Democratic leader and partner I rely on in the justice system. Having served our region in the State Senate and now in my role as Clerk of Courts for Barnstable County, I know that true public safety depends on seamless collaboration, accountability, and active community engagement. District Attorney Rob Galibois understands that modern public safety requires looking beyond the courtroom to tackle root issues like mental health, recovery, and data-driven equity. His administration has consistently opened its doors to the public, creating an accessible, responsive office that values the voice of every Cape and Islands resident. I look forward to continuing our work together to build a safer, more transparent, and more efficient justice system. And I urge my fellow Democrats to join me in voting to re-elect District Attorney Rob Galibois on September 1st and in November.

CARLA COOPER, MARTHA'S VINEYARD I’m proud to endorse Rob Galibois for re-election as District Attorney. One example of Rob's leadership is his commitment to combating human trafficking. During his first term, he didn't just recognize the problem, he brought people together to address it. Under Rob's leadership, the District Attorney's Office has trained law enforcement, hospitality workers, and other frontline professionals to recognize and report trafficking; expanded awareness through reporting hotlines, QR codes, and public outreach; and hosted statewide conferences that brought together nationally recognized experts to improve prevention, investigation, and victim services. This is exactly the kind of proactive leadership our community deserves. Rob isn't waiting for problems to grow, he's bringing people together to solve them. I'll be voting for Rob Galibois in the September 1 Democratic Primary, and I encourage you to do the same.

District Attorney Rob Galibois understands that true public safety is deeply intertwined with the critical regional issues we face daily, from the opioid epidemic to the mental health crises affecting our communities. He has been an exceptional, forward-thinking partner, opening the doors of the DA’s office to deep community collaboration and expanding specialty courts that focus on real rehabilitation. Rob shows up in our towns, listens to our residents, and works tirelessly to make our legal system fairer and more transparent. Let's vote to keep his proven leadership working for us.

ALLAN WILSON, FALMOUTH COMMUNITY VETERANS CENTER It has been an honor for me to be among the veteran community leaders who have been dedicated to addressing the invisible and tangible wounds of military members and their families from Falmouth and the Upper Cape area in the formation and operation of the Falmouth Community Veterans Center. During the formative years of the Falmouth Community Veterans Center, District Attorney Rob Galibois has been a constant and very valuable ally by being a leader and doing presentations at the center on the importance of establishing a veteran's court for the Cape and Islands. Rob has also done presentations as part of Financial and Identity Fraud Workshops during the spring of 2026 that has had a tremendous impact on helping veterans not become victims of financial and identity fraud. Currently Rob is leading an effort to establish an Elder Fraud Unit in his office to prevent and help retirees on the Cape and Islands not lose thousands of dollars to scams. Rob is a definite leader that truly cares about veterans and their families in Falmouth and the Upper Cape area, and I truly encourage all veterans and family members to support the re-election of Rob Galibois to be District Attorney for the Cape and Islands in the upcoming 2026 election.

Rob recognizes that the mental health struggles, post-traumatic stress, and substance use issues facing many veterans require tailored, compassionate solutions rather than traditional prosecution. Through his innovative creation of a veterans diversion program and advocacy for a veterans specialty court, Rob ensures our local veterans receive structured accountability coupled with the active support and pathways to rehabilitation they need to recover and thrive.
